Friese set out to create a business plan in order to continue making custom furniture, purchase essential woodworking and metalworking tools, further their technical skills and experience international design. Through this, Friese would enroll in a wood shaping class at Arrowmont in Tennessee and attend the Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair in Sweden.
The Windgate Fellowship will allow me to expand my knowledge on woodworking by taking a woodturning class at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Tennessee and attend the Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair in Sweden.
