Hendricks planned to expand their historical research, further develop technical skills and find authenticity through their extraordinary experience. To accomplish this they would visit craft schools and communities in the United States and Jamaica, attending a workshop at the Good Hope Plantation in Jamaica to learn strategies in making volumetric forms.
