Dietz would enroll in a shoemaking class in Tuscany to understand the processes behind the food products that are associated with Italy. They would then attend a lace making workshop in Normandy, France, a perfume workshop in Grasse, France, an embroidery workshop in Jaipur, and a glassblowing workshop in Kyoto, Japan.
