Horacio Rodriguez is an artist, educator, and curator originally from Houston, TX. Horacio moved to Utah in 2016 via the Morales fellowship at the University of Utah. Since completing his fellowship, Horacio has shown his work extensively, including at Granary Arts and a residency and show at The Utah Museum of Contemporary Arts. In 2020 Horacio Received the Mellon Foundation Projecting All Voices Fellowship out of ASU’s Herberger School of Design, where he focused on curating diverse and underrepresented voices in the arts. Currently, he is looking forward to his upcoming group shows: “Language in Times of Miscommunication” at The Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Arts and “The BoomBox Benefit” at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts.
